Group FP&A Director

Key responsibilities will include enhancing the Group's existing analytical tools and procedures, acting as a genuine business partner to both the CFO and wider senior executives in providing the commercial story behind the financial results, implementing profitability improvement strategies, shaping the management information function, leading the preparation of the annual business plan, rolling out consistent analysis at a divisional level, leading the quarterly reforecasting process, developing working capital KPIs and managing aged debt, leading and developing the Group finance team.

The successful candidate will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with demonstrable FP&A and strong stakeholder management experience. Applicants must have the ability to challenge at all levels of the business and to initiate change when required. Previous team leadership experience is essential.
