Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum plus benefits

Our client is a highly successful and growing organisation working on bespoke designs and manufacture.

Their current requirement is for an Accountant - AAT qualified, possibly studying or QBE - who would report to the Financial Controller on a daily basis and take responsibility for the following:

• Assistancd with month end close down including the Management Accounts Pack
• Posting to accounts and managing provisions and accruals
• Reconciliations to the General Ledgers including such areas as Inventory and WIP
• Reporting on the profitability of individual jobs
• Investigation of margins of error,  making comparisons and predictions
• Liaison with all stakeholders in the business including Production
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting

The successful applicant is likely to be technically strong and will be able to analyse and manage data for commercial decision making.
