URGENT - SYSTEMS ACCOUNTANT - IMMEDIATE START - ROCHDALE
My global client is in urgent need of a Systems Accountant to join their startup business in Rochdale. The business has grown from initial conception to £5m turnover in 2 years and is looking to double this in the next 3 years. On the back of this growth they need a strong Systems Accountant with a good grounding in finance to come and analyse the system.
This will include looking, in detail, at the data. You will need to be highly analytical to work out what is wrong with the reporting and data currently on the system. They are experiencing issues such as costing errors, margin errors, stock errors and errors in the ledgers being pulled correctly. You will be working out where the issues lie and correcting these while putting controls and checks in place so that they can maintain this going forward.
This contract is a unique opportunity to work in a fast moving E Commerce business. Ideally you will be Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) and come from a similar background (ecommerce, retail, FMCG, manufacturing etc.)
