My client is a highly regarded property company who is looking for a part-time Financial Controller to work 3 days a week supporting the Finance Director.
Duties will include:
- Commercial analysis of key financial data.
- Responsible for short term cashflow reporting.
- Assisting the regional Finance Director in the preparation and submission of the annual budget and quarterly forecast.
- Responsible for monthly management accounts process, including variance analysis, reporting and reconciliations.
- Responsible for production of monthly board meeting packs.
- Ad hoc duties.
You will be a hands on accountant with suitable experience operating at a senior level. You will have exceptional financial analysis skills and technical accounting experience.
