Finance Analyst – 5 Months

Purpose:

Finance Analyst needed to help with perform a review and document our customer’s contracted terms.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the agreement review effort by interpreting and analysing Agreement documents
• Ensure that accuracy of the review is maintained at all times through adherence to process and accurate recording of information
• Support the integrity of agreement review by reconciling agreed terms to the system configuration and documenting a summary of the review outcome
• Communicating with the account management stakeholder to source missing information and to answer queries that arise
• Provide accurate and timely reports to the Project Manager as required on progress and problems
• Ensure that the inconsistent items identified are accurately tracked and recorded for remediation
• Accurately track activities completed, in progress and outstanding
• Undertake ad-hoc analysis requests raised by the Project Manager.
• Work within and look for ways to develop the standardized processes used to perform the review.
• Provide consistent and clear explanation for processes and procedures to account management stakeholders.
• Apply and monitor compliance with process and control standards.
