Churchill Howard are currently recruiting a Management Accountant for a FTSE listed business in the Midlands as part of their strategic growth plans.

The Management Accountant will work as part of a team to provide financial support to a particular business function in the areas of project planning, budgeting & forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities to include:

• Operating and developing planning, budgeting & forecasting models for business projects
• Analysing variances from forecasts and budgets
• Consolidating significant project work and reporting to the business
• Monitor and review KPIs and business performance and improve processes to add value to the business
• Support business partners with financial analysis and project evaluations

You will be a qualified accountant with strong financial and management accounting skills and financial performance reporting. You also need to demonstrate the ability to work under your own initiative with excellent organisational skills and the ability to make sound judgements. You are also likely to be an advanced Excel user with good IT skills.
