Management Accountant/Finance Manager

My client, a successful division of an International business, is looking to recruit an ambitious individual who has a strong academic background (degree educated and fully qualified; ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and excellent communication skills.

You should be able to demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships throughout the business and influence non finance people on all aspects of finance as well as possessing strong technical accounting knowledge.

Some of the tasks that they are looking for you to complete include:

• Producing month end management accounts for multiple major business divisions
• Preparing in depth analysis and written commentary on performance of multiple businesses
• Partnering with Business Leaders across multiple businesses and highlight key issues to the Senior Managers on an ongoing basis
• Maintaining the integrity of the balance sheet by producing regular, complete and accurate balance sheet reconciliations
• Work with Business Leaders to conduct regular business reviews
• Responsible for budgeting and regular reforecasting for the business units

In order to be considered for this role you should be proficient in excel at an advanced level, be able to prepare written commentary in a concise and clear way and be proficient in management accounting and budgeting. You should also be driven to meet deadlines whilst maintaining strong financial accounting integrity.
