Commercial Finance Manager

Greenwell Gleeson have been instructed to recruit for a prestigious Birmingham based organisation. In this newly created position my client is looking for a commercially astute finance professional.



Working at the head office you will be tasked with supporting the wider business with

* Producing the monthly results and subsequent monthly reporting packs
* Working with stakeholder to understand and challange performance
* Analyse performance and forecast sales and margin by service offering

* Own and lead the Business planning process
* Develop pricing model to support bids and tender for new business.

To be considered for the role you will need to be:-
* Qualified Accountant
* Experience of working in a fast paced environment
* Demonstrate tenacity to drive business improvement
* Ability to appreciate the bigger picture yet retain a good attention to detail

* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

* Experience of working in a professional services firm would be advantageous/span>
