Commercial Finance Manager - Uxbridge
£60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus Car plus Bonus plus Benefits

We have an outstanding opportunity for a commercially astute Accountant professional with a progressive background in a FMCG or Retail Business to join a large and rapidly growing brand.

This is a highly commercial role with the successful candidate playing a large part in supporting business innovations and initiatives, maximising business opportunities and appraising new site openings.

Reporting into the CFO, the successful candidate will lead Financial Planning and Analysis processes and information flows, will pre and post new product launch evaluation and providing deep insight and challenge to financials. You will manage cost and make sure the business continues to grow. You will produce regular performance reports allowing the MD to understand performance drivers and variances to forecast. You will also create annual forecast - P&L and key balance sheet lines. You will provide the business with accurate insight and timely financial data that support a sustainable business strategy.

The successful candidate will be a high calibre, ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant with 2 years experience in a Senior Commercial role. You will show clear and consistent progression and will understand the nuts and bolts of retailing and the commercial terms of business to business transaction.

You will be commercially minded and can work using instinct and commercial gut feel in addition to the numbers. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to write comprehensive reports and business documents are a given. Excellent planning and organisational skills. You will be credible, persuasive and confident; Tenacious with a natural curiosity to dance around the numbers and not just get the obvious answers; Resilient and able to manage frustrations.
