Our client, a dynamic multi-site business and household brand name, is looking to source a top calibre, commercially minded FP&A Manager to join its talented team. This is a truly visible role within the organisation, with invaluable exposure to the Board and the potential to reach 'Head Of' level in 2 - 3 years' time.
Main duties include:
* Managing financial reporting and planning process
* Leading and developing financial planning and reporting processes to deliver strategic objectives
* Providing business performance analysis to Exec team and Board; consolidating, reviewing and challenging finance reporting
* Managing annual budgets, 5 year operating plan and forecasting
* Producing flash reporting and KPI pack
* Developing strategic planning and forecasting models
* Attending Operational meetings and liaising with Senior Management
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with a strong track record in FP&A within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. You must be able to demonstrate clear commercial nous and the ability to drive performance and come up with creative ideas that ultimately add value.
You will have examples to date where you have used a level of credibility and gravitas to influence decision makers and challenge senior stakeholders in a productive and professional way. You will also manage a small team and be responsible for their development, ensuring top talent is identified and individuals remain engaged, committed to achieving business goals.
