They are looking for a talented and ambitious Part-Qualified Analyst who will continually challenge the status quo and will have previous experience dealing with Senior Stakeholders and Management from day one.

Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial accounting, management accounting and reporting to the business including balance sheets, capital, revenue and expenditure
- Provide first class financial support to Senior Stakeholders and Management influencing behaviours and performance through insights and visibility of key drivers
- Drive margin enhancement initiatives
- Optimise returns on investment through analysis and ensure scenario modelling is presented clearly so decisions are easily made
- Review promotional plans with appropriate levels of interrogation and challenge
- Review financial performance and ensure significant issues, risks and actions are clearly communicated and there are no surprises
- Provide insight and in depth understanding of underlying performances, key drivers and trends
- Develop and prepare the 3 year strategic sales plan in partnership with the Senior Management
- Review and approve all commercial proposals and ensure financial risks/opportunities are clearly communicated to the appropriate level within the business
- Ensure the existence of a strong internal control environment with robust accounting controls to deliver accurate and reliable accounting and operational information

The ideal candidate will be actively studying towards their ACCA/CIMA Qualified or Newly Qualified with experience working within a fast paced environment. You will have the ability to challenge and influence as part of a matrix environment. You will have experience creating and persuasively presenting strategic recommendations as well as first class analytical skills. You will be pro-active, confident, highly collaborative and numerate individual who will be able to build relationships and present recommendations in a simple, influential and persuasive manner.
