An outstanding opportunity to join a leading FTSE 100 employer and a true, global leader within their field. We are seeking a top calibre, highly ambitious Group FP&A Manager with excellent academics and experience working in a Big 4 firm and FP&A experience in a Multi-National Group FTSE 100 / 250 equivalent business.

This is a high profile and visible role that involves advising the Director of Group FP&A, and broader management including the CFO, on value delivery, and guiding the group on financial objectives.

The FP&A Manager is responsible for analysis of the Group's historic and future financial performance. This includes building and maintaining global financial models and templates, with regular interaction with regional teams to understand their business performance.

The business processes that the FP&A manager supports include:
-Annual strategic planning and related Long Range Plan
-Budgeting and Reforecasts
-Monthly performance management
-Investor relations external announcements
-Group incentive scheme performance metrics
-Ad hoc analysis to support business transformation or strategic initiatives.

The FP&A Manager will be required to take ownership of areas of these processes, including related deliverables such as presentations to the Executive team, Board and Remuneration Committee.

Duties & responsibilities:
-Supporting the LRP, maintaining the Group model and updating the LRP for strategic initiatives, risks and opportunities
-Coordinating quarterly re-forecasts and annual Budgets including:
-Timetable and process requirements
-Setting targets and tracking initiatives
-Risks and opportunities
-Cash flow including capital expenditure and working capital initiatives
-Analysis and interpretation of monthly financial performance of the Group with detailed analysis as required. Liaison with regional and country teams to understand key performance issues
-Calculation and tracking of group long and short term incentive targets
-Liaison with Investor Relations supporting all external announcements
-Ad hoc assistance with finance related projects as required. For example exchange rate modelling and cost benchmarking

The successful candidate will be a Degree educated from a Top University with excellent A Level grades, a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA) ideally with first time passes. High potential Transaction Services candidates from the Big 4 making their first move into industry are encouraged to apply. Candidates from Commerce and Industry will have c3-7 years PQE (in a FTSE 100 or equivalent business) and will have experience of complex data analysis in a multi-national group, including currency analysis. You will have commercial understanding of key business drivers. You will have the ability to analyse complex financial data and present clean and accurate financial reports.
