Financial Analyst

My client is a specialist in media and telecommunications and they are looking for a bright ambitious individual. This role is project focused and will involve analysing financial data in order to deliver financial insight and robust financial analysis into each given assignment.

These projects will work collaboratively with other financial experts to provide relevant and reliable financial analysis in a robust manner. To do so, you will need to define financial information to underpin decisions and ensure that the necessary information is obtained, challenged, and correctly interpreted.

The nature of this work means that you will frequently be facing new issues and you will need to get to the heart of complex issues, develop and apply analytical approaches to tackle new problems, and willing to consider creative and innovative ways to help achieve objectives.

Much of your work will be published and as such you must be able to speak and present confidently and knowledgeably on financial issues and accounting concepts to justify views when challenged.

Candidate:

To deliver this necessary financial analysis and insight you are likely to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or similar) and have relevant/recent experience of financial analysis in industry, consultancy or corporate finance.
