Robertson Bell Finance are currently working with a large £300m turnover Group based in Guildford, Surrey who have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager is very much a business partnering role and you will be responsible for coaching, managing and training a team of two accountants. You will be in regular contact with Senior Management, Functional Heads and Directors for; long term decision making, budgeting, forecasting, business planning and acting as the main finance point of contact. You will support your non finance budget holders by advising and training them on any areas related to the budget process.
The successful candidate will be an analytical, intelligent accountant who is looking to progress there career in a role that offers full training and support. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with your non-finance colleagues.
