A Growing London Agency with an International client Portfolio, are looking for a Qualified Finance Manager to join their team.
The Company delivers Marketing strategy and training to UK-based teams of Global brands around the World.
- Preparation of journals including accounting for income recognition
- Invoice monitoring, drafting, quality checking and dispatching
- Managing the fortnightly finance meetings with CEO and VP
- Preparation of quarterly bonus calculations
- Managing Finance Assistant and overseeing process of staff expenses, credit cards, and petty cash
- Leading on supplier contract negotiations
- Involvement in contract negotiations and drafting of statements of work for Global and UK clients
The person
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- 2 years previous Financial control and Management reporting
- Strong influencing skills
- experience working in a similar position within an agency/SME business
