A leading design and print business based in South Essex, and due to a restructure, they require an Interim Management Accountant to join them on an interim basis.
The role will be on a 6 month fixed term contract. Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for, amongst other duties the following;
• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and reports.
• Monthly Variance Analysis of revenue and costs; including identification of trends and profitability analysis.
• Preparation of VAT returns.
• Reconciliation of control accounts.
• Preparing a year-end audit file.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Assisting the Financial Controller with improving the current procedures and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will be available immediately and ideally be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified with knowledge of SAGE 50
