Our manufacturing client require an Interim Group Director of Internal Control for 9-12 months, based in London with some international travel required. You will be required to implement and establish the Group’s internal control framework.
Key responsibilities;
- Implement a SOX compliance program including remediation plans, internal control assessment etc.
- Review the current control environment, implementing business process improvements where necessary
- Liaise with internal audit and various stakeholders to ensure best practice procedures
- Complete core work streams to ensure the full SOX programme is delivered effectively
Candidate Profile;
- Chartered accountant
- Knowledge and exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley
- Previous experience establishing an internal control framework within a large global organisation
- Willing to travel internationally, as required
