Finance Manager

Bruckshaw Associates are being retained by this Cheltenham head office client who are a well-established brand selling through both retail and on - line platforms ,to recruit the very best Finance Manager who can influence and assist with the projected growth plan over the next 5 years . This newly created role will suit a qualified accountant who is able to make suggestions for process improvements and have the drive to carry them out , whilst still remaining a very hands on accountant .
Key duties will include : 
Monthly management accounts and commentary 
Preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts 
Weekly cashflow forecasting 
Preparation and developments of KPI packs
Statutory reporting including VAT , P11d's and produce annual pack for the year end audit  
Overall management of the Purchase and Sales ledger including the 2 direct reports 
Continually review to streamline processes . 
The suitable candidate will have excellent IT skills , particularly Excel, flexible in their approach to change and excited about joining a growing business .You will benefit from a generous starting salary and benefits and the support of an FD who has been with the business for more than 10 years and is actively succession planning.
