We have registered a great opportunity for a Credit Controller to join a very well established business. You will be reporting to the Credit Manager and working alongside another Credit Controller as part of a busy Finance function.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collect overdue debts and identify for resolution any issues delaying payment.
- Age of debt reviewed for own area of sales ledger and customers chased for payment.
- Review of sales orders suspended for credit.
- Production of updated daily stop list. Prepare for stop lists and faxes informing divisions.
- Development of admin procedures and use of Infor system as agreed with Credit Manager
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have previously worked in a busy credit control team and be knowledgeable with ERP systems software. Ideally you will be studying towards the CICM professional qualification. You will be a strong team player, an excellent communicator, both oral and written, and be proficient with Microsoft Office including mail merge, lookups and pivot tables.
