Accounts Payable Team Leader

Accounts Payable Team Leader required for a leading business in North Hertfordshire. The Accounts Payable Team Leader will manage a small team of Purchase Ledger Assistants and will work closely with the senior finance team and key stakeholders, maintaining effective supplier relationships. This is a hands on role in a fast paced environment that will require a strong candidate with proven Accounts Payable experience, ideally in a high volume/big company environment. The successful candidate will be an effective leader and mentor, getting the best out of both people and systems, working closely with IT and other areas of the business to ensure a smooth AP function is in place to support the business.  You will have strong Excel and IT skills, proven experience building relationships at all levels and have sound commercial acumen.
