Management Accountant

Macildowie Recruitment is currently recruiting exclusively for an Management Accountant to join  an exciting and dynamic business based in Leicester on the edge of the city. They are a medium sized manufacturing business who have a strong balance sheet and have seen strong year on year growth. Due to the firms location they are commutable distance from all areas of Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry
Reporting to the Financial Controller this Management Accountant role will include the following task: Assisting with month end reporting, journals, prepayments and accruals, assisting in the production of the monthly management accounts and financial analysis. This is a visible role and will see the candidate support the business with information and financial analysis requests by finance and non finance stake holders.

To be considered for the role it is highly likely that you may already be in an Assistant Accountants role and looking for an opportunity to work with a business in a commercial capacity. You will be an active studyier in either CIMA or ACCA and ideally be at a PQ or Finalist level.  You will be a great communicator and keen to working in a busy, fast paced and dynamic environment.

The role offers a salary range of between £30,000 and £35,000 plus full study support and benefits.
