Finance Manager required for a superb SME manufacturing business based in Birmingham City Centre. This is an opportunity for someone to join a steadily-growing business supporting their finances from ledger level to management accounting.
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the purchase and sales ledgers
- Production of timely and accurate month end management accounts
- Fulfilling monthly payroll
- Detailing financial figures to senior management
- Supporting the Finance Director with other ad hoc duties
- Talking frequently with the operations team
Person requirements:
You will be Qualified by Experience (QBE) or possess a relevant accountancy qualification. Previous experience in manufacturing environments including stock and costing work would be ideal. This role would suit someone capable of dealing with a large volume of tasks single-handedly but also who enjoys a good work-life balance.
