An exciting opportunity has arisen for a P2P process officer to join a friendly finance and accounting team based in Wakefield. You will verify and process invoice data in an accurate and timely manner, respond to and resolve queries quickly and take the appropriate action as and when required. You will be responsible for providing a transactional processing service to their clients enabling the team to deliver its strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities:
*Responsible for the end to end purchase to pay process
*Verifying and processing invoice data accurately and in a timely manager
*Matching invoices to purchase orders
*Responding to and resolving queries quickly
Experience:
*Experience of purchase ledger from start to finish
*Numerate and able to process complex data
*Good excel and word
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
