A well known and respected name in accounting, they provide the full range of accounting services to their established and varied client base. This includes meeting the often specialist demands of their client base, including owner managed businesses and clients in rural disciplines.
Description
As Assistant Accountant you will provide support to the accounts department, working as part of a successful team. This will include preparation of management accounts and VAT returns, preparation of tax computations and preparing statutory Financial Statements for Audit Exempt Limited Companies. You will also assist the accounts team on an ad-hoc basis with projects as required, as well as liaising with and responding to client queries.
Profile
The Assistant Accountant will be either AAT qualified or ACCA part-qualified and have experience of working in an accountancy practice. Experience of working with Sage products is also desirable, as well as good Microsoft office skills. Experience of working with limited companies, owner managed businesses and sole traders from across the South Wales region is also desirable.
