This dynamic and rapidly growing medium sized FinTech has seen consistent, award winning success since its inception in the late 90's. As a global organisation that has expanded from its original product offering to one of multiple products across an enormous range of customers, it has transformed the way in which businesses around the world interact.

In order to capitalise on its success and continued growth plans, the business is now seeking a charismatic Head of FP&A. Reporting to the International Finance Director and leading a small team, the role includes:

• Partnering various MDs and Product Managers, analysing and delivering insightful customer and product pricing propositions
• Driving improved understanding of product performance by product, market and region
• Leading the delivery of budgeting and forecasting for local and international regions working closely with Product/Business heads and local and Group finance
• Own and deliver company-wide projects, working cross functionally to engage the business

As an impressively well rounded and emotionally intelligent qualified accountant, you will have in-depth experience of driving value-add through insightful FP&A.

With first class communications skills and high levels of intellectual horsepower, you will easily build cross functional relationships and display demonstrable business partnering experience.

Critical to your success in this role is the ability to deliver, not only across the business within its current size but also as it continues to grow year on year.
