A fast growing, private equity backed international eCommerce business is seeking a Finance Manager to support the FD in a varied role that will expose the candidate to all areas of the business.

Based in Berkshire with £40m in turnover, employing 150 people with plans to expand significantly, this business prides itself on developing its staff and promoting from within.

Since its founding a little over ten years ago, this business has enjoyed significant revenue growth, increased profitability and significant Private Equity investment. With significant partnering of major eCommerce enablers, the company has established itself as a market leader in its sector.

The business now enters an exciting period of development with planned investment in a new ERP system and potential next stage investor funding.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:-

• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Strong technical knowledge
• Man management skills

Candidates must be qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

In the Company’s fast paced environment, candidates must have high levels of Excel proficiency so as to support existing systems and processes together with an ability to consider and solve challenges with the right mix of imagination and pragmatism.

Above all, the company seeks candidates with enthusiasm, conscientiousness, integrity and a willingness to learn and develop.
