Who we’re looking for
Due to ambitious growth plans a new role has been created. You will lead and develop a team of 20 offering challenge and support along the way in order to drive performance. You will be curious about current processes and ways of working and be comfortable to challenge in order to bring about incremental change. You will bring a wealth of experience and have the ability to provide insight and robust recommendations. You will possess a blend of determination and fun along with a strategic mind as you form part of the finance transformation team asking all the right questions in order to formulate recommendations. High analytical skills with the ability to make informed data driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of international operations. About the role
This is a broad role that deals with three accounting service functions and offers great opportunity to optimise processes and action recommendations aligned to strategic growth. It will incorporate delivering the global direction of equivalent accounting services as well as day to day operational management. Ensuring compliance with all stated controls without exception and continuously assessing the relevancy of finance policies and controls and you are happy to challenge and make changes if necessary. As the business lead for all Finance transactional teams you will drive continued systems improvements ensuring operational matters are maintained as well as envisioning target operating models.
In order to deliver the above you must have experience as well as drive and commercial acumen to ensure the high standards are maintained and ensuring processes are changed in line with the changing business requirements.
