Finance Business Partner

This profitable international Construction, Design & Engineering group, t/o £2bn, operates through several key operating divisions and specialises in the design, planning and maintenance of some of the world's most iconic buildings. Enjoying continued growth in recent years, the business has ambitious plans to capitalise on this success. As a result of an increasing number of projects, the group is currently seeking a part qualified or finalist accountant to undertake a Finance Business Partner role. Supporting a key business area, your broad and varied brief includes:

•Production of full sets of month-end management accounts for various central functions
•Production of monthly financial information including functional reporting requirements, cost analysis, & operating unit recharges
•Undertaking key variance analysis & ensuring readiness for month end review by Finance Director
•Preparation of quarterly forecasts & annual budgets in compliance with internal, international & UK accounting policies
•Weekly & monthly upload of forecasts & budgets into HFM
•Production of Tax Pack at year end for submission to Group Finance
•Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
•Building strong relationships & acting as a financial partner supporting central business functions

As an ACCA or CIMA part qualified or finalist accountant or qualified-by-experience with proven commercial financial management, business partnering and month end reporting skills, you will be a self-motivated, proactive individual with evidence of supporting and influencing key stakeholders. The role requires an energetic, enthusiastic approach and the ability to challenge the status quo. The group offers ongoing career development and progression.
