Finance Manager

As Finance Manager you will lead a team of management accountants and assistants and will assist with developing the current team. Reporting to the Financial Controller the Finance Manager is responsible for all related financial accounting and support, including managing the statutory accounting process and production of group reporting pack.  In addition to this duties will also include the preparation of management accounts, balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow forecast, journals, tax pack, VAT and P11ds.  

As the successful Finance Manager you are likely to have significant experience in the following areas and skills:-

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience
• Statutory reporting
• Preparation of management accounts and monthly review packs
• Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
• Excellent communication skills and a real passion for developing and leading people
• Strong analytical and excel skills

The successful Finance Manager will receive a remuneration package that includes:-

• Basic salary of £50000-£52500
• 33 days holiday
