Based in North Hertfordshire, our client who are well known within their industry, are looking to recruit a "number 2" finance person to join its team.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll be responsible for:
- Producing the monthly management accounts pack
- Providing support to the operations
- Managing the finance team
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Balance Sheet Maintenance
- Assessing systems, controls and risks and in conjunction with the FD, implementing improvements and efficiencies
- Cashflow management and reporting
- Manage year-end audit process
You are ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with experience of managing a team, supporting non-finance staff and have strong systems skills. This role, may suit someone who is looking to move into industry from an Accountancy Practice.
