Robertson Bell Finance is working with an internationally renowned charity to recruit a Purchase Ledger Officer to join their expanding team.

Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, the Purchase Ledger Officer will be responsible for checking and posting invoices and maintaining the purchase order system. Checking employee expenses and posting these with accuracy is also a key deliverable of this role, and the Purchase Ledger Officer will be responsible for creating supplier accounts and performing VAT checks at month-end.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in the purchase ledger function and will be comfortable inputting large amounts of data. An AAT qualification would be desirable, but experience and a good attitude are essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive attitude, able to meet deadlines and organise their workload.
