Marks Sattin are recruiting a Part Time Finance Executive on behalf of an International consultancy based in East Leeds. This is a Part Time role where you will work a minimum of 25-28 hours per week, you will be expected to do 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, the times that you choose to work are flexible but they do want consistency across the working week.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly accounts including providing weekly regular cash flow & P&L updates
- Forecasting & updating of internal order system
- Bank reconciliations
- Petty cash & Visa reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Posting into Sage account
- Operating monthly payroll
Key Skills:
- You will have a solid finance background
- Understand key finance functions such as Excel, Sage & Sage Payroll
- You will need to be assertive and demonstrate initiative.
- Ideally be ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified but will look at people who are Qualified by Experience
Salary is pro rata plus full 26 day holiday entitlement.
