Management Accountant

ABPM as experts in financial recruitment have been appointed by a service led business based in Nottinghamshire to recruit a Management Accountant. The successful individual will be a recently qualified or passed finalist accountant who is flexible, can work well on their own and in a team and communicate with people at all levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Head of dept you will be involved in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• The individual will work closely in a team to prepare budgets and forecasts. Furthermore they will also be required to run regular reports, analyse data and co-ordinate activities.Providing Adhoc support to the Management team
• ESSENTIAL
• You will need to have passed your exams
• Have a good academic background with strong IT skills, especially in products such as Excel.
• Have experience using a variety of accounting systems and the ability to analyse and interpret data.
• The individual will be able to manage time well and prioritise major tasks. Additionally they must be very accurate within their work and be a positive engaging person who can communicate well with everyone.
