An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Assistant to work in a well-established Accountancy Practice in the Clackmannanshire area.
The successful candidate will report to the Director/ Practice Manager and be responsible for providing a fully comprehensive payroll role to a wide variety of clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and processing client payroll.
- Ensuring P32 completed each month and sent to client.
- Sending FPS's to HMRC as appropriate.
- Completion of P60's and P11D's annually.
- Handling of all SAGE/Payroll enquiries.
- Attending PAYE Compliance visits.
- Completing and filing CIS returns.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Required experience:
- Experience in an Accountancy Practice role.
- Experience in SAGE and other office based computer systems.
- Good attention to detail and data entry skills.
