The Role:
- Continuous improvement of financial procedures and process flows.
- Provide support to the financial projects.
- Accurate and timely client invoicing.
- Take the lead in identifying new opportunities through developing key relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure the timely and accurate production of all reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Control of payments processing and banking authority mandates.
- Direct and lead the team to deliver in line with agreed service level agreements.
- Set individual performance objectives for direct reports in line with strategic objectives.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong background of delivery in a dynamic environment.
- Extensive experience of reconciliations.
- Experience in setting performance and development objectives.
