CY Executive Resourcing are currently working with a forward-thinking organisation that provide a variety of services across the Midlands They are now looking for a suitably experienced Finance Manager to join their team.
A pivotal role within the organisation which will see you responsible for leading the financial management function of a specific department. As a key member of the management team you will support the decision making process ensuring that all Financial Controls are adhered to as well as producing management accounts, budgets and forecast analysis. You will also provide support to non-finance colleagues by the interpretation of complex financial information.
To be considered for this role the successful candidate will ideally be ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA Qualified with previous NHS experience. You will have experience of supporting clinical and non-clinical teams to enable change, strengthening stakeholder engagement, streamlining procedures to deliver divisional objectives or identifying CIPs.
