Our client, impressive market leader within the retail industry are looking to source a bright and highly ambitious Senior finance Analyst to join their ever-growing retail finance team based in Croydon. This highly visible role involves business partnering across retail operations, distribution and security team and reports into the Retail Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
-Finance business partnering by providing financial information and analytical support to enable them to deliver their company targets and business profitability
-Attendance at regional monthly meetings (nationwide), including financial presentations to the regions and on hand support to cover Area Manager queries.
-Financial support and analysis, providing assistance for regional specific initiatives
-Performance reporting, pro-active analysis of actual and future performance of the regions, areas and stores
-guide the regions through the budget process to ensure understanding and ownership of the numbers by Area and Regional Managers
-Production and ownership of Finance Packs
-Production and ownership of the Company's Retail KPI Bonus model
-Ownership of new store reporting and budgeting
-Ad-hoc analysis and cover across the Retail Finance team

What we are looking for:
-Strong academic background with good A-level results and a 2:1 degree or above
-ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
-Experience within the retail industry
-Very strong analytical and reporting skills and have a strategical mind set
-Strong Excel modelling skills
-Presentation skills and confidence in building relationships to business partner across the company and with senior management
