Finance Manager (12 month FTC)

Our client, a globally recognised, leisure and travel FTSE 100 Company are looking to source a Finance Manager to lead their Accounts Payable Transactions team. They will look after the controls, compliance and master data and look to review and update process failures whilst managing a large team to deliver a high level service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage a large team but onshore and offshore
-Reconcile month end accounts and liaise with the business to produce meaningful management information
-Ensure processes and controls are continually reviewed and enhanced to minimise the occurrence of process failures and business risks
-Ensure the investigation of all aged debt and management all debit balances
-Produce all necessary KPI statistics to monitor the performance of the Function
-Produce and maintain DPMs (Detailed Process Manuals) for the Controls & Compliance team, working with the Controls & Reporting team where required
-Undertake other adhoc activities as deemed necessary
-Ensure that the control environment is continually improved, including liaising with internal audit on their findings and expected process improvements
What we are looking for:
-Proven experience of managing multiple accounts payable streams
-Qualified Accountant / Qualified by experience with audit and analysis experience preferred
-Ability to identify and deliver process improvements, and to coach and support team members in an improvement focussed culture
-Ability to build relationships with staff at a senior manager level
