Reporting Accountant

Churchill Howard are working in partnership with an industry leading £bn organisation, recruiting a Reporting Accountant for their Head Office finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a newly qualified accountant looking to progress and develop their career within a well-respected national organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the financial reporting process ensuring it is fit for purpose
• Ensure relevance of management reporting through establishing close relationships with stakeholders
• Support operational decision makers with timely, relevant financial information
• Manage the monthly and quarterly results reporting to Senior Management
• Generate and implement business-wide process improvement initiatives
• Lead a team, including day to day management, appraisals and development of staff
• Ad-hoc project work as required

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA with strong academics looking to contribute and really add value to the organisation. You will have leadership potential and a professional attitude along with a desire to achieve.

This role has scope to progress within what is a prestigious organisation, keen to promote to senior level from within.
