Role -Finance Manager Location -Cheadle Salary - £40,000 - £45,000 + competitive benefits package
Frazer John Recruitment Finance Division is recruiting for a property business in the recruitment for a Financial Controller to join their stylish offices based in Cheadle.
The Finance Manager will need to be CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified with a strong academic background. Experience of being heavily involved with financial projects is preferable and advanced Excel skills are essential as this role will involve considerable analysis and modelling. Managerial experience would be beneficial although not crucial and you will need to be able to present reports to the senior management team. Key duties for the role will involve:-
- Monthly management accounts production
- Budgeting and forecasting
- VAT reporting
- Year-end accounting
- Varied KPI analysis
- Project management
- Managing and motivating a finance team
