Finance Analyst

Churchill Howard are working with a leading listed organisation to recruit a Finance Analyst to support their Business Information and Analysis team. This role gives excellent exposure across a number of customer facing operational areas – as such you’ll have a real impact on the external perception of the brand and its reputation. Most important here is drive, enthusiasm and the presence of mind to effect a result; succession planning is always in mind and rapid career progression absolutely possible.

Key responsibilities:

• Working with business leaders to support budgeting and forecasting for operational units
• Partnering operational teams providing analysis and insight into financial and business performance
• Providing financial support to key decision makers, ensuring opportunities are capitalised upon and risks mitigated
• Creating models in support of operational decision making
• Participate in the creation of a culture of business partnering and cross-departmental support

You’ll be a fully qualified accountant; CIMA, ACA or ACCA with a strong analytical skillset and excellent attention to detail with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in an easy to understand form. You’ll understand the business’ needs and be able to determine and provide the relevant information, not all the information.
