Your new company
A well established and successful SME in the Chesterfield region looking to grow the business further by adding an experienced Finance Manager to their team to be the number one in Finance. With a turnover around £10m, this company has plans to grow and develop their hold in the market.

Your new role
Due to the size of the business, you role will be varied and offer opportunities to be exposed to multiple elements in the business. You will support the other Directors in the company in the proactive growth of the business moving forward. Typical duties include managing the overall accounts function, key contracts, costing and compliance.
Typical responsibilities will include:

• Manage contract costings and final accounts with the Project Management Team,
• HMRC liaison including PAYE & VAT,
• P&L, Management Accounts, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow,
• Oversee and manage ISO compliance,
• Maintain and develop the company ERP system,
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers,
• Work with Bank including payment runs and costings of finance, HP and Lease Packages
• Producing MI for the Directors, measuring KPIs and company performance.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application you should be an experienced Finance Manager with a background in an SME business. You must be a Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with substantial Post Qualification Experience. Furthermore you will have considerable experience of supporting strategic decision making, highlighting both risk and opportunity.

What you'll get in return
In return for a full time working week, you can expect remuneration between £45,000 and £55,000 dependent on experience. Further to this there is a bonus scheme based on performance and substantial car parking onsite.
