Our client at thriving independent accountancy practice, who has added over 50 clients to their portfolio in the last 6 months is seeking an Accounts Senior or Manager to rapidly progress to partnership.

You will work closely with one of the partners, who will hand over to you a portfolio of clients with the ultimate aim of replacing him in the next 18 month when he retires. You will manage the portfolio of clients, doing general accounts work and tax, develop junior members of staff and participate in business development activities.

If you have a strong accounts preparation experience and the desire to be a partner in a leading firm this is the opportunity for you. You will be ambitious, possess first rate communication skills and enjoy developing and training staff, an accounts qualification would be a plus but is not essential.
