Finance Manager

This dynamic and rapidly growing technology business is seeking an adaptable Finance Manager to take full responsibility for the forecasting and budgeting process and to play a key part in the organisations continuing growth plans. This will be a highly visible role, with extensive exposure to senior management and key stakeholders across different international locations.

Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include:

• Playing an integral role in supporting the senior management team to drive business performance and growth
• Delivering timely and accurate management information, including the preparation and delivering of budgets and forecasts
• Developing and implementing business processes to improve the internal control environment
• Managing and developing a small but growing team

The successful candidate will be a 'hands on' qualified accountant with the ability to speak fluent French. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with and develop working relationships internally and externally. You will be a confident and pro-active self-starter, with strong organisational and planning capabilities.
