Interim Group Financial Controller

Our client is a well known service provider who now have an immediate need for an experienced Group Financial Controller to join the SMT on an interim basis.

The successful individual will work for a high growth business in a pivot role that takes a seat at the senior management table reporting to the CFO. You will provide key leadership to a multidiscipline finance team, working tireless to implement and embed robust financial controls across all relevant processes, within a dynamic and transformational environment.

In the meantime the pre-requisite qualifications and experience are as below:

Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Accountant (ACCA,ACMA,ACA)
7+ years' post qualification experience with demonstrable experience in a similar position
Extensive Accountancy practice experience, ideally having trained in one of the Big 4
Strong background in managing a multi-disciplinary team, including managing team leaders/managers
Experience in working within a transactional finance team
Experience in strategy creation and execution as part of a senior management team
Experience in change management
