Assistant Management Accountant

Robert Half Finance and Accounting (Financial Services) are recruiting for a Part Qualified Assistant Accountant to join an International Financial Services firm based around London Bridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established global business and become a valued member of the finance team.

The Role

· Invoice coding

· Accruals and prepayments

· Bank reconciliations

· VAT return preparation

· Management accounts reports

· Assistance with statutory accounts

· deadlines and client expectations

· Explaining accounting treatment to clients

The Profile

The successful applicant will have the following experience/qualifications:

· Part Qualified Assistant Accountant in ACA/ACCA/CIMA

· Minimum of 3 years experience in a financial services or accountancy practice background

· Experience of Xero would be a benefit

· Solid knowledge of accounting ledgers

· Experience working with double entry journals

· Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work

Salary & Benefits

This is a temp to perm opportunity for an Assistant Accountant that proves to be a perfect fit after 3 months.

The rate for this role is between £18 and £22 per hour depending on experience.
