A brilliant opportunity has arisen to become apart of a national insurance company. Based in Central London, you will be apart of a vibrant team looking to make a difference in the world of insurance.
Based in London, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of audits as well as managing your team and their performance. There will be roughly 30% travel in the European Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work with the Head of Internal Audit in assisting ongoing programs of successful internal audits.
- To work closely with external and internal partners in the planning and the delivery of internal audit reporting.
- You will need to be able to commit to 30% travel throughout Europe.
- You will be responsible for managing a team of 4 in the UK office.
- There will also be some national travel involved
The successful candidate will have:
- Will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIA qualified.
- A strong background with over 4 years experience in internal audit, and preferably started out in the Big 4.
- Industry experience is essential.
- You will be required to manage your own workload as well as making sure your team meet their targets.
- The successful candidate will preferably have some experience of managing before.
- Ability to work well under pressure, whilst producing results.
- Experience in report writing is essential.
- Strong analytical skills are essential.
