Finance Manager

This dynamic and progressive socially minded property organisation is currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. Based in leafy Surrey, the role is part of a fifteen-strong finance team, this role reports into the Head of Finance and has four reports.

Key elements of the role include management of the transactional finance functions and their interface with the balance sheet and general ledger. Management of banking arrangements, bank reconciliations and daily cashflow forecast and responsibility for the management of procurement across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ relevant experience, be a qualified CCAB, have strong IT and report writing skills, and a proven track record in the preparation of statutory accounts and management accounts.
