A company based in Dudley seek to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. To be considered for this role you will be fully qualified with experience working in a manufacturing company.
Duties will include:
- Monthly management accounts preparation and variance analysis
- Take responsibility for detailed budgeting and forecasting of new business and its inclusion in existing financial models
- Ensure compliance with group policies and procedures is not compromised by changed processes
- Assist with upgrade of ERP system including testing of new processes, training users and issue resolution

The ideal candidate will require the following:
- Qualified accountant with minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good IT skills especially experience with ERP systems
- Experience of maintaining accounting controls in changing environment
- Team player - need to work closely with UK finance team and to develop good working relationships with internal customers
- Able to design and introduce robust procedures to deal with changing structures
