We are currently recruiting on behalf of a global household brand who are looking for an Interim Finance Manager for 6 months. It is essential the successful candidate is available to start immediately, and has previous experience of hands-on man management.
·Produce outputs that are Director level review ready and be ready to iterate as required;
·Full investigation, documentation and reconciliation of CAPEX process, providing recommendations where appropriate.; Assist in preparation of, and improvements to, forecasting process.
·Review, improve & amend monthly management accounts, recommend alternate reporting with a view to aiding relevance for key stakeholders.
·Manage a team of 2 direct reports.
The Person:
·Fully Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant, used to operating at manager level;
·Significant Industry/business facing experience (as opposed to Practice experience);
·Advanced Excel and familiarity with SAP
·Excellent problem solving and end -to-end process understanding & investigative skills;
·People management skills, ability and understanding, somebody who can roll their sleeves up, get the work done and interact well at all levels.
